I’m a third-sector operations and digital specialist with over 20 years’ experience, from frontline delivery to senior leadership. I help not-for-profit organisations modernise how they work, streamline systems, and deliver more impact with limited resources.As Director at Active Community Enterprise CIC, I led a full operational overhaul, guided the organisation through COVID, managed a £750k budget, increased income by 40%, and closed my final year with a £62k surplus. I’ve also led digital transformations, including building in-house systems to improve workflows and reporting.I now run nfpSpark, supporting not-for-profits to close the digital gap using affordable low/no-code tools.
